Welcome to Georgina's, a charming Italian restaurant located at 1646 Queen St E in Toronto. As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of experiencing the delightful cuisine offered by this establishment.
Georgina's offers a variety of appetizing options on their menu, including antipasti, insalate and zuppe, pasta dishes, seconde piatti, white and red pizzas, and mouthwatering mains. One standout dish that caught my attention was the Pappardelle, featuring egg pappardelle pasta with portabella and porcini mushrooms, grilled chicken, and truffle oil. The flavors blended perfectly, creating a rich and satisfying dish.
The 14" White Pizzas at Georgina's are another must-try, especially the Bianca White Pizza with fior di latte mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. The simplicity of the ingredients allowed the quality of the pizza to shine through, making it a delightful option for pizza lovers.
When it comes to the mains, the Insalata Cacolo with kale, crispy pancetta, chickpeas, and Parmesan cheese Caesar dressing stood out for its unique combination of flavors and textures. The crispy Brussels sprouts with balsamic reduction and feta cheese were also a delightful addition to the menu.
Overall, Georgina's impresses with its fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a fan of Italian cuisine or simply looking for a delicious dining experience, Georgina's is a must-visit destination in Toronto.

The service was really great, and the food was delicious! I had the ricotta ravioli special. The food came quickly.
Wow wow wow! The food here is incredible! It tastes like authentic and delicious with fresh ingredients. And they make a perfect espresso martini for a little after dinner pick up!
I can’t understand the poor reviews. I have been here maybe 7-10 times over the past few years and enjoyed it each time. The last time we came is pictured it was the beet salad, bruschetta and chicken & mushroom risotto. We have tried a number of dishes but the bruschetta and risotto are among our favourites. It’s reasonably priced for sit down Italian food. They have a varied menu and great wine selection. The patio is nice in the summer and offers a nice view of Queen East. We usually share a main and two apps and find that to be enough for two. The service is fast and friendly. If you are in the mood for a cocktail my suggestion is the Rosa and my partners is the Negroni. They make a great cocktail here and the pours are heavy. Overall, it’s a nice little spot and the food is good.
Got the special of the day with my boyfriend; veal marsala and meat ravioli delicious and filling. Waitress was so witty and a great conversationalist. We dined outside, lovely atmosphere.
I never had service like that. Amazing food, atmosphere and just wonderful service. I will be going again.
This place serves up a great pizza pie! Amazing atmosphere! It feels like you’ve been welcome into an Italian home. The food is incredible. I recommend getting a piece of cake for desert to complete the perfect meal! A candle lit masterpiece
This is the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to so far. It is soooo good. Do yourselves a favor and try the lasagna, it’s huge and so good. Food tastes homemade and the atmosphere is so cozy and nice. Definitely trying every single thing in the menu!
I got grilled calamari and shrimps in spicy tomato sauce. Both cooked so good. Both were flavorful and fresh. I haven't tried pasta or pizza.
